Foodie Friday: Garlic Parmesan Pasta

Today is Foodie Friday, and tonight’s scrumptious meal is easy one-pot garlic parmesan pasta! This dish is incredibly easy to make and cleanup is a cinch. You can definitely be creative with this recipe by adding your favorite meats, seafood, veges, and more – I added bacon bits and mushrooms to mine.


  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • salt and pepper
  • linguine pasta
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • parsley
  • parmesan cheese

In a pasta or stock pot, heat oil and garlic until fragrant. Stir in broth, milk, butter, and salt/pepper to taste. Bring to a boil and add pasta. In a small skillet, saute mushrooms using olive oil. Pasta should cook for about 10 minutes or al dente and the base should be thickened. Add mushrooms, bacon bits, and parsley. Original Recipe
