Today, we would like to congratulate Michael Peterson and Michael Follis on their recent promotions to Vice President of Central/Northeast and Vice President of South Central regions, respectively. Both executives have been a part of the Apartment Finder team for the past 12 years, and have been an integral part in the expansion and branding of the company in their respective regions.

Michael Peterson first joined Apartment Finder in 2003 as a publisher in the St. Louis market – a start-up market at the time. He would later be promoted to his preceding position as regional director in 2005. Peterson is an alumnus of Benedictine College, and has 20 years of multifamily experience. As Vice President of Central/Northeast regions, he will lead and direct 17 markets in eight states.
Michael Follis is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University. He has over 16 years of multifamily experience, with 12 of those years being at Apartment Finder. As Vice President of South Central regions, Follis will oversee sales and fields operation in seven markets across Georgia and Texas. In Follis’ previous position as regional director, his responsibilities included hiring, training, and fiduciary duties.
