To further our mobile offerings, Apartment Finder has released an iPad app on the Apple Store to make it easier for apartment shoppers to search for their new home – wherever they maybe.  Following in the heels of our mobile apps for iOS, Android, and Tizen, the iPad app features user-friendly design, along with our advanced search functions and resilient viewing options.  The app has fast-site loading and list view or map view options of apartment communities.  The Apartment Finder app for the iPad will feature Apple’s newest programming language, Swift; providing fast and powerful loading for a seamless search experience.

Apartment Finder President Marcia Bollinger has this to say about the app: “With nearly two-thirds (62%) of ApartmentFinder.com’s total traffic originating from a mobile device, we want to ensure delivery of the same exceptional search experience to those apartment shoppers accessing our site’s industry-leading content from their iPad. This is a core platform that will be the foundation for future development and connected features.”

As part of ongoing efforts in creating a seamless search for apartment seekers, Apartment Finder has created and implemented intuitive search technology; advanced viewing options for listings; renter reviews; no-cost integrated iOS, Android, and Tizen apps; industry-first OnDemand coupons; and many more. Apartment Finder is the #1 go-to source for apartment shoppers, and we have been recognized as an award-winning apartment site for consumers. Recent honors include Official Honoree in the Real Estate category of the 18th Annual Webby Awards, Silver International Davey Award in the Website/Real Estate Category, #1 Apartment Search Source by SatisFacts Index, the Best ILS by the Multi-Housing News Technology Choice Award for the past three years, and the Silver W3 Award for Excellence on the Web.
